Purchased this furniture at the 14 Mile Rd. store. First time I've purchased something with Gardner White and I must say it was great experience. The sales lady was nice and helpful and more important when the furniture was delivered it was packaged really well and there was no damage or anything (I've had several bad experiences from art van where furniture has no packing around it and is damaged when delivered).

Hello everyone well let me tell you about my time at Gardner White the sale associates was Awesome they help me make a great discussion and save $$$ most of all the information they gave help seal the deal i have to say this one more time the sale person was i would come back again yes yes yes again.

I love my new Gardner White mattress! So comfortable!

Came in Gardner White to pay my bill for my bedroom set I bought a month ago and walked out with this beautiful dining set. What really got me was the fact that Mike my sales rep that sold me my bedroom set a month ago totally remembered me and asked how my husband and I enjoyed our new set. The fact he would still remember us really amazed me and will make me a life long customer! :)

I walked into the store and was greeted by a professional with a friendly and not overbearing demeanor. I asked about seeing the "Sophia" collection and the salesman without hesitation took me directly to the Chair and a half and Ottoman that I wanted to see. I was given the Website sales price and completed my purchase in about 15 minutes on a Monday morning. The furniture was delivered on Wednesday by two very friendly delivery guys. I posted this photo on my personal FB page and had many of my family and friends respond favorably within the first half hour, and had one of my friends go to the Gardner-White website to look for a new set for her family room. I am extremely happy with the entire process from the moment I entered the showroom to my enjoyment of watching the Red Wings hockey game stretched out on my new leather chair. Thank you, Gardner-White!

Gardner-White is the best place to purchase furniture. Before purchasing at Gardner White, I went to some of their competitors. The competitors' quality, promotional offers, and overall sales experience paled in comparison to Gardner-White. After purchasing my furniture, I referred Gardner-White to others and they went there to purchase their furniture too. My sales rep David Dobbs from the Warren office is the best!! I have tried 4 times to upload this so I hope it goes through! Just took delivery of my new icomfort mattress! It is so comfy! Sales experience was wonderful at the Taylor store. The lady was so patient as we proceeded to try out every bed there! Finally picked the icomfort and I can tell you it is totally worth the price! I was so excited to get it that I almost forgot to take a picture! We also ordered a new couch and I cannot wait to have it delivered. Thanks Gardner White for making my holiday weekend restful! Thanks to the delivery guys for working today and hauling away my old mattress and installing the new one so fast!

I had done some comparison shopping in the neighborhood, but it was not all about the sticker price. It was also about the experience of being at the store, from browsing all the way to completing the purchase. Luke Bushe and Pat Durkin were courteous and straightforward... they gave me the time and space to figure out what I wanted to do, and were right there to answer any questions I had. They showed me where the deals were without trying to push me into something. I would recommend future business to them.

AT first i ordered my tempurpedic bed from a competitor, a big mistake for poor service, now i'm enjoying my Allura bed nice good restful sleep, so far good feeling on my back, thanks Gardner White

My husband and I purchased this amazing bedroom set including a new mattress set! In addition, we purchased desks for our home office (no picture at this time). Our preferred G-W location is Warren (14 Mile and Ryan). The staff is always accommodating, knowledgeable about their various brands, warranties and trends. We will be returning to this location to purchase a new dining room set soon! Kim/Greg K.

We have just received our new Tempur-Pedic Mattress on 11/30/2011 and we love it! Our sales person Jane DeMulder was the best! She really took the time with us to make certain we got exactly what we wanted. We are Scott and Laura Norris, customer #061107424. As you can see by the photo, out grandson loves the mattress too!

Two weeks later after our iComfort purchase we returned to Gardner White and requested D.J. Roselli. He helped us with selecting a couch for our new home. We ended up purchasing a very comfortable couch and DJ again went over and above to help us out. We decided to deliver the couch ourself to save a few dollars but forgot to bring straps to keep the couch from blowing off our pickup. DJ let us borrow his own personal straps and let us return them to him later. He really made it another pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be going back to Gardner White for our next purchase (Dinning room table) and requesting DJ!!!!

I went to Gardner White in Shelby township to buy a mattress. Our salesman was D. J. Roselli. It was a great experience and we found a mattress that we both liked. We purchased the king size icomfort and it is excellent. D.J. made the shopping experience great.

Our new bed from Gardner-White Furniture is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. New home needed a new bed. We tried a few mattresses but as soon as my back met the Serta iComfort it was love. Our salesman, Ed, was great he let me play Goldi-locks Too Soft, Too Hard & just right. Muscle fatigue & back pain are so much better. The cool action memory foam really works, no more overheating!! King size gives us both room to stretch only thing better will be when we get the FREE iComfort Scrunch pillows...now to finish painting & decorate. — with Cabo waves and Gardner-White Furniture.

My husband and I went to more than a dozen furniture stores (no exaggeration) and were about to give up. We knew exactly what we were looking for, but no one seemed to have it. I finally walked into Gardner-White, and right in front was the exact style, size, quality, and price we had spent months searching for. I special ordered my color, and it was delivered on time, perfect, and with top-notch service. Couldn't be happier - just wish we had gone here first!

Love my new furniture from Gardner-White in on 14 mile. The salesperson, Paul, was super helpful! The furniture was also delivered exactly when promised and the delivery men were nice as well. I had my 7 year old son with me while shopping and Paul was super patient and helpful, and not pushy at all. Love the 2 swivel recliners and the end tables that tuck up underneath the coffee table.

Bought this power reclining leather love seat at Gardner-White on 14 Mile. Good price. Next day delivery. Right on time. The delivery crew set it up and tested it in place to make sure everything worked. Perfect. Another store I shopped at earlier called me after the new love seat had been delivered and set up. Said they had finally found what I had been looking for and could get it for me. Too late. This was the better deal. Equal quality. Better price. Fast delivery. Nuff said.

I purchased my new mattress from Allen B. I came in looking for a new mattress to end my sleepless nights and after talking to Allen for only a few minutes he was able to find a mattress to meet my needs and sleeping patterns. I told him my budget and he helped me to stay within a reasonable range. Since receiving my mattress I have had what I think is the best sleep of my life. Thank you so much for the friendly service, I will definitely purchase my furniture from Gardner White. I especially liked that Allen was attentive to my needs because now I am able to wake up every morning pain free. Gardner White is the best.
